It's been almost four decades since the first ROLLER rolled out from our factory Premi Bright Electroplaters. It carried with it the hopes and ideals of our team of engineers and professionals. Today we look back with a touch of pride as we offer our vastly increased range of products and services from Veer Industries. Over the years, there has been one factor that has stood us in good stead, our adherence to quality and total commitment to excellence. Ideals that we shall cherish. Perfection that shall touch our every activity, be it manufacturing of rollers, cylinders, calendar rollers, hard chrome plating, the entire gamut of machinery produced and used in the process. We greatly cherish the esteem of our valued customers and commit ourselves further to offering better services and products at par and well above the standards in competitive market.
Veer Industries believe in progressing with the ever changing industrial trends and after the enormous success of HARD CHROME PLATING we have started Thermal spray coating using seven axis ABB robot. Our facility is in compliance with international standards for surface modifications. We provide reclaim, restore, refurbish, repair, overhaul and provide coatings for every kind of rotating or reciprocating machinery. Our plant is equipped with HVOF, PLASMA, WIRE ARC AND THERMAL SPRAY COATING SYSTEMS.
Quality Assurance
The highest level of quality standards is maintained in all processes and procedures. Utmost importance is given on maintaining the optimum level of quality at all levels like raw material selection, testing, manufacturing to final inspection. Total quality is achieved through implementation of Quality Management systems.
State of art testing and measuring equipment ensures precision of all the products. For quality control, we have branded instruments from Mitutoyo, Fischer and Elecometer. Bore gauges, Dial Vernier, Coating Measuring instruments, Slip Gauges and various tool room instruments that are used to maintain the required accuracy.
